In general, the damage caused by Blizzard is sufficient to cause the death of anything that is not immune to the cold to occur. In order to deal with those annoying cold immunizations, here is what you should do.
Treatment options for people suffering from the cold-immune condition
Fortunately for us, there are no cold-immune diseases that cannot be effectively treated with anti-viral medications. Another important aspect of this build is that it allows you to farm Mephisto Hell as well as Pindleskin and Ancient Tunnels (and, if you so desire, the Cow Level) as you progress through the game.
Unless it is impossible to avoid, simply teleport away from any cold-immune monsters you come across.
To obtain the Amulet for the Clawviper Temple, I can only recommend that you teleport to the Altar of the Clawviper Temple. You can then teleport to the Summoner and Duriel to begin Act 3 without further ado.
The following are the only cold-immunes that cannot be skipped in this situation:

Final words of advice: farm Ancient Tunnels until you obtain a respectable mercenary weapon (even an unupgraded Hone Sundan will suffice), then kill as many people as you can before staticing the final one
For monsters that aren't particularly powerful, you can use Telekinesis on them to temporarily incapacitate them until your mercenary is strong enough to kill them
In the fictional work of author Lord Deseis, a character named Lord Deseis is introduced.
Then all you have to do is use telekinesis to watch your hired mercenary kill him (provided you have a decent Buy Diablo 2 Resurrected Axes for him). If you can glacial spike his minions and cast blizzard upon them when he is alone, you can telekinesis him to death. It will be slow (as a result of Decrepify), but it will not be difficult to complete.
Yetis who live in the snow are a type of creature.
You must first free Anya in order to be able to unlock Pindleskin. A Blizzard Sorceress can be released from her imprisonment by first luring the Snow Yeti away from her with effective teleports, then talking to Anya +townportal and using the Malah's potion to free her from the Snow Yeti's imprisonment. Despite the fact that one of them (the leap attacker) is always immune to cold, with some elite beatstick for the mercenary, he shouldn't be a problem; it will just take a little longer to defeat him. At all costs, you must keep your merc alive; otherwise, you will be unable to defeat him, or at the very least, it will take an eternity to defeat him. Simply blast those mummies with your Blizzard and then stand back and watch as your mercenary dispatches all of the mages in a single blow. In the event that you were successful in defeating the Ancients on your own, this should be a piece of cake. Taking up a position near the stairwell will help to keep your mercenary safe from the effects of Decrepify.
When Respecs are not present,
In my opinion, you don't require any Respec, but rather only patience to complete your task. For the cold-resistant ancient, invest points in Cold Mastery (imo 20 if you don't have great gear), Blizzard (and its synergies), and later, a point each in Static, Teleport, and Warmth (depending on the switch orb). Make the most of your Blizzard points as soon as possible, but if you only have one point left, put it into CM.
